National Tour Dates Announced for 2016
ADAM BRAND | DREW McALISTER | TRAVIS COLLINS | MATT CORNELL | MIKE CARR

Hot on the heels of their debut performance at the Gympie Muster, Adam Brand And The Outlaws unleash their first single, “Good Year For The Outlaw”.  The outfit also confirm today the release date of their highly anticipated debut self-titled album; ready to drop on 8th January 2016.

Fronted by 12 x Golden Guitar-winner and multi ARIA Award-nominee Adam Brand, The Outlaws are an all-star line-up of Australian country music’s best-loved and most prolific names: Drew McAlister, Travis Collins, Matt Cornell and Mike Carr.

The debut release is a fourteen-tracker, exploding with covers of classic rock favourites from across the years from Jimmy Barnes ‘Working Class Man’, to Queen’s ‘Fat Bottom Girls’ and Jet’s smash hit ‘Are You Gonna Be My Girl’. It’s all killer, no filler. The album was recorded in Sydney’s Rancom Street Studios, produced by Adam Brand and engineered and mixed by Ted Howard.

Lead single is the band’s rock’n’roll anthem ‘Good Year For The Outlaw’.

"When you put 5 guys in a prison cell dressed in orange overalls with no rules, cameras rolling and an agenda that says "Don't hold back", you’re going to get a video that makes a statement”, said Adam Brand. “Lines were crossed and then crossed again, some limped away, some packed ice on bruises and some simply  collapsed in a corner with a cold beer at the end of the day... But one thing we all shared was a huge grin from ear to ear and a devil-may-care attitude. This is a band called The Outlaws after all... So expect the unexpected from our videos, the songs that we blast out and the live show, which will be so high voltage it's gonna need a warning sticker!”

ADAM BRAND REVEALS NEW SINGLE & VIDEO ‘MY SIDE OF THE STREET’

Adam Brand has released his new single and video, ‘My Side Of The Street’, the title track from his ARIA Award-nominated album.

Shot in a variety of stunning Townsville locations, the ‘My Side Of The Street’ video clip depicts a diverse local community pitching in to achieve a positive outcome, in line with the song’s lyrics; “Come a little closer...I know now you should come on over, to my side of the street".

The unique graffiti artwork is inspired by the song’s title, and painted by internationally acclaimed artist Lee Harnden, who originally hails from Townsville QLD.

“Combine a world-renowned graffiti artist, members of our Military, the SES Services, some amazing locals and breathtaking North QLD locations, and you have all the ingredients for a video that will make a statement!” said Adam. “This video shows what can happen when we all come together on the same side of the street.”

Adam Brand is a 12-time Golden Guitar Award-winner, and multiple ARIA Award-nominee.
‘My Side Of The Street’ debuted at #5 on the ARIA Australian Album Chart in 2014, and #1 on the ARIA Country Album Chart.

‘My Side Of The Street’ was produced by Adam’s long-time collaborator Craig Porteils (Guns n Roses, Billy Idol, Guy Sebastian) and is a 13-track long-player that features Jasmine Rae on ‘Quit This Time’ and closes out with ‘Most People I Know Think That I’m Crazy’, made famous by Billy Thorpe & The Aztecs.
